1. Do you accept refunds?
Refunds for in-stock physical products can be made before the item has shipped. If you feel you have made a mistake with placing an order, please contact me ASAP to ensure you get assistance before a product ships.
Refunds for preorders can be made in the middle of the preorder period. Preorders cannot be refunded after the preorder period ends. If you have made a mistake in your order and would like to request a change or a refund, please contact me before the preorder period ends and I can try to help you.
2. Do you accept returns?
As of this time, I do not accept returns.
Shipment
Please double and triple check to make sure your shipping address(es) are correct. I am not responsible for packages that possibly get lost due to insufficient addresses. If you feel you have made a mistake in inputting your address or if you would like to change your address, please contact me ASAP and I can try to help you. Note that address changes from the U.S. to another country are subject to the additional international shipping fee.
After a product has been shipped, it is out of my control and in the hands of the postal service to deliver it. If you have questions regarding the progress of your package shipment and delivery after the product has shipped, please contact your local post office.
